The Lola Zen Project Inc - About Us

The Lola Zen Project Inc. is a community-rooted, nonprofit healing organization dedicated to supporting multigenerational well-being through movement, mindfulness, cultural arts, and spiritual education. Our mission is to create spaces where families, individuals, and communities can heal, learn, and grow together through accessible workshops, donation-based readings, and empowering cultural practices. Founded by husband-and-wife team Orlando Prevot and Liz Prevot, the Lola Zen Project brings together two lifelong paths of wisdom:

Orlando, martial artist and instructor, leads movement-based healing through traditional martial arts, body awareness practices, and community demonstrations.

Liz, numerologist, is a community builder, educator, and the lead developer of The Lola Zen Project’s Pattern Path and Reflection programs. Drawing from years of studying cultural traditions, symbolism, storytelling, and reflective practices, she creates experiences that help participants better understand themselves, navigate life challenges, and strengthen their connections with others.

Rooted in heritage, empowerment, and compassionate community care, Liz believes that meaningful change begins when people are given the opportunity to reflect, connect, and grow together.
