The Lola Zen Project Inc - About Us

The Lola Zen Project Inc. is a community-rooted, nonprofit healing organization dedicated to supporting multigenerational well-being through movement, mindfulness, cultural arts, and spiritual education. Our mission is to create spaces where families, individuals, and communities can heal, learn, and grow together through accessible workshops, donation-based readings, and empowering cultural practices. Founded by husband-and-wife team Orlando Prevot and Liz Prevot, the Lola Zen Project brings together two lifelong paths of wisdom:

Orlando Prevot, martial artist and instructor, leads movement-based healing through traditional martial arts, body awareness practices, and community demonstrations.

Liz Prevot, astrologer, tarot reader, numerologist, and shamanic practitioner, guides participants through cosmic wisdom, intuitive development, and ancestral healing traditions.

Together, they weave physical disciplines with spiritual insight to create a uniquely holistic experience. Rooted in heritage, empowerment, and compassionate community care.
